Dr. Wolfe has studied the Traditional Medicines of many cultures as an avocation throughout his 35 year career. At Benthic Medicines Dr. Wolfe has focused on using the tools of western pharmacology to understand the role of each ingredient used in traditional medicines. Most recently, he has used this approach to develop a novel formulation composed of ingredients utilized to prevent the formation of kidney stones in Chinese, Ayurvedic and Unani Traditional Medicines. Dr. Wolfe is currently employed as the Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Research and Development at Antares Pharma. He has served in various research roles developing both natural products and isolated peptides and designed proteins and small molecules within various pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. As Chief Scientific Officer at Genaera Corporation, Dr. Wolfe conducted clinical studies on squalamine for cancer and trodusquemine for weight loss, both isolated from shark liver. Dr. Wolfe received a BA degree in Biology from Towson University, an MS in Biochemistry and Nutrition from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a PhD in Molecular Pharmacology and Structural Biology from Thomas Jefferson University.

Daniela de Almeida is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Natural Chef, President of INUG Nutrition (Nutrition and Gastronomy Institute) Professor in Faculty of Technology Ipê FAIPE. Supervisor of the Post Graduation of Nutraceuticals and Nutricosmetics in Clinical Practice. She is since 2008 Organizer and Scientific Director of the Functional Nutrition Congress and the Symposium of Sports Nutrition and Functional Gastronomy of RJ INUG. She has extensive experience in Clinical and Sports Nutrition, is Educator in Diabetes by the International Diabetes Federation, Nutritionist of the Department of Nutrition and Metabolism of the Brazilian Society of Diabetes (2007-2015) and Co-author of the "Guidelines of the Brazilian Society of Diabetes".

Girish is born and brought up in Mumbai, India. He studied, lived and worked in different European countries like Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands. He is Pharmacist and holds PhD in Neuroscience from Vrije University, Amsterdam. Girish is Founder and CEO of GLOVERK Consultancy that provide services to Cosmeceutical, Nutraceutical and Pharmaceutical industry. The service ranges from raw material supply, private label manufacturing, formulation development, clinical studies etc. Along with Europe, GLOVERK also provide similar services to its pan India client base. The mission is to be the one-stop solution provider to small and medium sized companies around the globe. He is also student ambassador in Vrije University and a independent Career Coach for PhD and Post-Doctorate candidates.
